Junior Civil Design Technician

Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to produce quality drawings. Make drawing edits based on mark ups from client and/or Engineers. Create and/or modify base drawings, including grading and drainage files, with the ability to create and edit plans and profiles. Be relied on as productive team member and CAD user to work a typical set of project documents from beginning to end with professional quality output that conforms to company or client standards. Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time and communicate well with team members, including multidiscipline projects and teams within and outside of Jacobs. Follow Jacobs and client CAD standards. Have knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and use of ProjectWise and Autodesk Forma tools and functionality. This position would be a hybrid position from our Austin, Texas office, where you would work as a team evolving with the industry. Here's what you'll need Two or more years of CAD experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit experience a plus Ability to work well both independently and as a team Attention to detail, quality work products, and client service Experience with MS Office 365 (Email, Excel, Word), PDF editing (Acrobat and Bluebeam) Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. The base salary range for this position is $58,200.00 to $90,900.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
