Accounting Manager

Executive Recruiter @ LHH Recruitment Solutions Job Title: Accounting Manager | Onsite | Team of 8 Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and month-end/annual closings. Manage and develop the accounting team, setting goals, providing mentorship, and ensuring continuous improvement. Perform financial variance analysis and collaborate with departments to ensure financial accuracy. Review and analyze account reconciliations and period-end reports. Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) and manage annual audits. Implement accounting policies to ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls. Lead special projects, such as system enhancements and new reconciliations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 7+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in public accounting. 2-5 years of supervisory experience. Active CPA license required. Strong judgment, communication, and collaboration skills. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
