About the Role:
Original Chimney Sweep in North Attleboro, MA is looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Office Manager to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting a hardworking crew of home service professionals. - Support the Office Manager with daily administrative operations and office coordination
- Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule service appointments
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and filing systems
- Assist with dispatching technicians and coordinating field schedules
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members as needed
- Prior experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or scheduling/CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, service-oriented environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
- Experience in the home services or trades industry is a plus
