Responsibilities

Full Time Day and Night shift Patient Care Assistant positions are available in Med Surg Tele, Emergency and Adult and Senior Behavioral Health.

Bring a resume and come to our Walk In Wednesday hiring event on Wednesday, 8/19/26 from 10am to 2pm and speak with a Hiring Manager.

Patient Care Assistant Duties include:

Assisting patients with activities of daily living.

providing basic nursing care to all patients and assisting in maintenance of a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Current Phlebotomy certification upon hire, preferred.
3. Current EKG certification upon hire, preferred.
4. Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current
5. Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
6. Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.
