Contract | 12-Hour Day Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across Medical/Surgical, ICU, and Stepdown units within an acute care hospital setting
• Administer and monitor BiPAP and CPAP therapies for appropriate patient populations
• Perform and interpret Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) analysis
• Float to various inpatient units and facilities as needed
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the NBRC
• Valid Indiana Respiratory Therapy license
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in specialty
• Proficiency in Medical/Surgical, ICU, and Stepdown respiratory therapy care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
