Licensure: Active California Dental License (DDS/DMD) or ability to obtain one. Certifications: Current BLS/CPR and PALS certification. Soft Skills: A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to compassionate, clear communication with parents. Requires passing a drug screen as a safety-sensitive role.
