Bilingual Mental Health Case Manager for Kids & Families
The Child Center of NY
The Child Center of NY is looking for a dedicated case manager to support children and families across NYC. You will coordinate administrative, clinical and evaluative activities to help clients meet treatment goals and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to reassess progress. Responsibilities include documenting care in line with regulatory standards, providing educational counseling, and conducting home or school visits as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Child Center of NY
