Make the holidays more meaningful. Spread kindness. Create moments that matter.
Overview
The holidays are all about thoughtful gifts, meaningful moments, and making people feel special—and Little Words Project is here for all of it! We’re looking for cheerful, people-loving Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team in Short Hills for the holiday season from November to January 2027!
If you love connecting with people, thrive in a busy team environment, and believe a little kindness goes a long way, you’ll fit right in. You’ll help guests find bracelets with a message, discover gifts for people they love, and make every shopping experience warm, personal, and memorable. Bring your holiday spirit—we’ll bring the bracelets!
What You’ll Do
- Share the Little Words Project story and help guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts for themselves or someone special.
- Make personalized recommendations, connect with guests, and create a welcoming shopping experience—even when the store is buzzing.
- Create a fun, engaging Bead Bar experience by guiding guests through designing personalized bracelets and bringing their creativity and meaningful stories to life.
- Deliver a smooth checkout by accurately processing POS transactions and answering guest questions.
- Help the team reach sales goals and KPIs through great service, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and gift-ready, with displays that look festive and inviting.
- Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling to keep the store running smoothly.
- Help capture fun, authentic in-store moments and bring the Little Words Project brand to life.
- Team up, stay flexible, and jump in wherever needed during the holiday rush.
- Take on other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
✨ What You Bring to the Team
- Retail experience is a plus—but if you’re friendly, eager to learn, and bring a great attitude, we’d love to meet you!
- You enjoy talking with people and making guests feel welcome.
- You’re comfortable recommending products and excited to help the team reach sales goals.
- You bring positive energy, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude.
- You’re reliable, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- You can work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as needed.
- You’re a team player who is happy to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
- You believe in kindness, connection, and self-love—and you’re excited to share the Little Words Project message!
Why You’ll Love It
- Be part of a brand built around kindness and connection.
- Bring creativity to life at the Bead Bar.
- Bring a little extra meaning to the holiday shopping season.
- Earn competitive hourly pay starting at $16.00 hr plus commission opportunities.
- Work with a fun, supportive team and meet guests from all walks of life.
- ✨ Help make gift-giving more personal, one bracelet at a time.
Ready to make spirits bright and spread a little kindness? We’d love to meet you!
