This opportunity is for a travel pharmacist to support hospital operations with an immediate start. The role is based in Mohave Valley, AZ, offering a 7 on/7 off schedule with shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours. Weekday hours are 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and weekends are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring compliance and workflow
• Consult with physicians and nurses on medication management and pharmacokinetics
• Utilize MedHost EMR system for documentation and medication tracking
• Apply hospital pharmacy standards including IV medication preparation and administration

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Arizona pharmacist license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required
• Proven hospital pharmacy experience with IV certification
• Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics and hospital protocols
• Experience working with MedHost EMR preferred

Schedule:

• 7 days on, 7 days off
• Weekdays: 9:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Weekends: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
