CenterWell Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in the Villages, FL.
As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the associate medical director. You will be onsite and in-person at the CenterWell Villages, FL clinic.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
See 12-15 patients per day

Responsibilities

• You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in geriatric medicine, family medicine or internal medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain)
• Current, unrestricted DEA license
• 1+ years of experience in primary care, geriatric medicine, or managing chronic conditions
• If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for tuberculosos

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
