Als internationaal scale-up bedrijf binnen de offshore heb je hier als payroll specialist te maken met voornamelijk Nederlandse collega’s, maar ook 30% regelingen, zeevarende afdracht en salarisverwerking van diverse entiteiten. Hoe ziet jouw nieuwe functie eruit: Als Payroll Specialist die het liefst met Afas werkt, zorg jij niet alleen voor een kloppende salarisverwerking, maar gaat jouw hart sneller kloppen van goed ingerichte processen zodat het systeem voor jou werkt. Zo houd jij tijd over voor het adviseren van collega’s en het oppakken van diverse uitdagende projecten. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de spil tussen medewerkers, HR, Finance en de externe payroll provider. Klinkt goed, maar wat ga je dan precies doen? Verwerken van de maandelijkse salarisadministratie in AFAS voor alle medewerkers (zowel uitvoerend als kantoorpersoneel). Zorgen voor correcte salarisberekeningen, toeslagen, overuren, offshore-vergoedingen en declaraties. Beheren en onderhouden van personeelsgegevens in AFAS. Verzorgen van de pensioenadministratie en onderhouden van contacten met pensioenuitvoerders. Afhandelen van loonheffingen en zorgen voor naleving van Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving en cao-bepalingen. Opstellen van salarisrapportages, analyses en journaalposten voor de financiele afdeling. Ondersteunen van audits door het aanleveren van benodigde salarisdocumentatie. Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor salaris gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Signaleren en implementeren van verbeteringen in payrollprocessen en AFAS-workflows. Wat breng jij mee? Je bent in het bezit van een PDL of VPS-diploma Tenminste 5 jaar ervaring als Payroll Specialist, Uitgebreide kennis en ervaring met AFAS Profit (vereist). Ervaring binnen offshore- of maritieme sector is pre projectorganisatie is een pré. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels. Proactieve, gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
