Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will deliver hands-on, goal-directed therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain function and independence. You will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning. Working in a nurturing, dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with nursing and the interdisciplinary rehab team while enjoying opportunities for professional growth.
