Physical Therapist – Greater Boston, Massachusetts FOX Rehabilitation is a clinician-operated practice growing in the Greater Boston area. We seek licensed Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in their homes or senior living communities. This opportunity is ideal for therapists who value autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient outcomes while enjoying the freedom to create and manage your own treatment schedule. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences, senior living communities, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence. Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists. Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility. Benefits Full-time Physical Therapist – in-home & senior living care (salaried with benefits). Part-time Physical Therapist – in-home & senior living care (salaried with benefits, eligibility based on minimum hours). PRN / FOX Flex Physical Therapist – home & community visits (pay per unit compensation). H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Basic computer and EMR proficiency. Ability to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility, and driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls model.
