Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to management. Support the training and development of production staff to enhance team skills and productivity. Implement and uphold safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes. Qualifications Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
