Scottsdale, AZ CTH Pay range - $23-25/Hour on W2

Establish a strong rapport with the patient, to include delivering an exceptional patient care experience.

Prepare patients for their visit to include communicating details around their scheduled visit, explaining all relevant information clearly, take vitals, and complete updates to patient record as required.

Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and ensure clean instruments are available for the daily care center operations.

Assist provider with medical treatments, procedures, and exams.

Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Excellent interpersonal skills to include maintaining courteous, friendly, and effective communications with patients, team members and external parties.

High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited medical assistance certification program or MA Certification obtained within six months of being hired.

Phlebotomy Certification Required or to be obtained within six months of being hired.

CPR Certification Required.

Electronic Medicare Records experience.

Customer service orientation and experience.

Strong communication skills across multiple modalities.

Highly collaborative.

Exceptional organizing skill, detail-orientation.

Must be able to always maintain confidentiality.
