Junior Bike Mechanic & Fulfillment AssociateWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bike Mechanic & Fulfillment Associate to support our daily store operations. This role combines entry-level mechanical work with customer order preparation, inventory control, and operational support to ensure every customer receives a safe, fully prepared bicycle and a seamless experience.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the bicycle industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Customer Order PreparationPrepare and verify customer orders, including bicycles, batteries, chargers, locks, helmets, and accessories.Ensure all bikes are clean, charged, and ready for customer pickup.Bicycle Intake & Basic RepairsInspect returned bicycles and document their condition in company systems.Identify bikes requiring additional repairs or diagnostics.Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs, including:Flat tire and tube replacementsTire inflation and pressure checksBrake adjustmentsBasic drivetrain adjustmentsBattery inspectionsSafety inspectionsAccessory installationMinor component replacementsEscalate complex repairs to senior mechanics when needed.Inventory & Operations SupportPerform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.Assist with receiving and organizing new inventory.Update repair statuses in company systems.Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure order readiness and workflow efficiency.Quality & SafetyPerform final quality inspections before bicycles are released to customers.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Follow company procedures and safety standards.
