If you’re interested in stepping into leadership, this role can support a clear and structured pathway toward becoming Medical Director after starting in a clinical Associate Veterinarian position. If leadership isn’t your goal, you’re also welcome to remain in a long‑term Associate role focused entirely on clinical practice without administrative responsibilities. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full‑time range starting at $120,000 - $140,000/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
