• Develop and standardize dashboards, reporting templates, and recurring finance processes.
  
  
• Collaborate with business leaders on financial planning, decision support, and ad hoc analysis.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  
  
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting.
  
  
• Experience managing or mentoring finance professionals.
  
  
• Strong P&L analysis, variance reporting, financial reporting, and advanced Excel skills.
  
  
• Multi-entity or professional services industry experience preferred.
