Material Handler / Forklift OperatorIndustrial Material Handler / Forklift Operator Location: West Tulsa Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:15 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts) Environment: Climate-Controlled Manufacturing FacilityWe're looking for an experienced Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for safely moving raw materials and finished products throughout the facility while supporting daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has extensive forklift experience and is comfortable maneuvering pallets in tight spaces.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the facility.Load, unload, and stage raw materials for production.Move finished products to shipping and storage areas.Transport pallets through narrow aisles and tight workspaces with precision.Keep production lines supplied with materials to minimize downtime.Verify materials and quantities before moving products.Maintain an organized warehouse and production floor.Follow all safety procedures and perform routine forklift inspections.QualificationsExtensive forklift operating experience is required.Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.Ability to safely move large pallets in confined areas.Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.Why Join Our Team?Climate-controlled facility Four 10-hour shifts with a 3-day weekend every week Stable, long-term opportunity Supportive team environment Competitive pay based on experiencePhysical Requirements: Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
