Home Care Assistant

Lutheran Social Services seeks a compassionate Home Care Assistant to support clients in their homes with personal care, daily living tasks and companionship. In this mission-driven role, you’ll assist with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping and safe mobility while closely following individualized care plans. You’ll observe and report changes in clients’ conditions, promote dignity and independence, and collaborate with nurses, social workers and families.
