Nurse Practitioner - NP Primary Care

Position Summary - F/T Mon. - Fri. 8:30 am - 4 pm You will provide primary and family evidence‑based care as a Family Nurse Practitioner in our MinuteClinic. The role involves clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and ongoing coordination of patient care while supporting clinic operations and team collaboration. Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment. Manage patient appointments and conduct routing examinations to achieve positive health outcomes. Engage patients in healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other health professionals for comprehensive care plans. Encourage patients to participate actively in their health through screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management. Required Qualifications Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing Ability to provide holistic, evidence‑based care, including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices. Order and administer immunizations and injections and provide vaccine counseling. Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent. Completion of the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) as required by the market. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED usage. Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires. Preferred Qualifications EPIC experience preferred. Education Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
