Scientists (LCMS-MS Bioanalysis & Method Validation)

IQVIA Laboratories seeks scientists for LC-MS bioanalysis and method validation roles in Ithaca, NY. Responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative experiments for LC-MS bioanalysis and method validation
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain LC-MS instrumentation including Triple Quadrupole and UPLC systems
• Prepare and process samples using extraction techniques relevant to specific assays
• Review chromatographic and mass spectrometry data, identify abnormalities, and troubleshoot issues
• Prepare protocols, technical reports, GLP-compliant documentation, and data packages for study outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in applied/laboratory sciences or relevant scientific discipline
• Hands-on experience with LC-MS workflows and Triple Quadrupole mass spectrometers
• Proficiency with UPLC systems, calibration, tuning, and data interpretation
• Knowledge of sample preparation techniques including protein precipitation and solid-phase extraction
• Familiarity with GLP documentation standards and LIMS data preparation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex experiments
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in team environments

Compensation: $46,200-$108,000 base pay
