Midwest Regional Driver - CDL-A Dedicated Freight

Regional Routes | Weekly Home Time | Dedicated Freight

We're expanding our dedicated regional fleet and looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers to handle store deliveries throughout the Midwest.

This position combines regional driving with hands-on delivery work. Drivers operate established routes, return home each week for a 34-hour reset, and receive additional earning opportunities through safety incentives.

If you're comfortable unloading freight and prefer a driving position with regular home time, this account may be a good fit.

WHAT YOUR WORKWEEK LOOKS LIKE

Drivers typically complete 1–2 loads per week, with an average of 2–3 delivery stops per load.

The account offers:

• Approximately 2,000 miles per week
• Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset
• Dedicated dry van freight
• Regional store deliveries
• Driver unloading at customer locations
• Consistent freight throughout the operating area

This is an active delivery position. Drivers are responsible for unloading assigned freight at store locations in addition to safely operating their tractor-trailer.

WEEKLY EARNINGS

Average weekly compensation ranges from approximately $1,900–$2,300 , depending on assigned routes and applicable pay factors.

Drivers also receive:

• Weekly pay through direct deposit
• Safety incentive opportunities
• Paid orientation

Actual earnings may vary based on miles, assigned loads, delivery activity, and other applicable compensation factors.

WHERE YOU'LL OPERATE

This dedicated account serves store locations throughout the Midwest and surrounding regions.

The operating area includes Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

Drivers should be comfortable operating across multiple states while completing scheduled store deliveries.

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to safely perform driver-unload duties
• Meet applicable DOT qualification and hiring requirements
