Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance and submit claims
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous dental front desk experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing
- Experience with dental software (Open Dental)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
