Student Success Advisor

Proactively building supportive relationships with students, the full-time Student Success Advisor Career & Programmatic will guide online and regional site students from enrollment to graduation, focusing on engagement, retention, and overcoming barriers to academic success while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain positive relationships with assigned students to enhance their engagement and commitment Communicate effectively with students through various channels, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their academic journey Analyze student data to identify barriers to success and implement solutions to improve retention and student experience Required qualifications A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Engaging and dynamic phone presence with excellent email communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong interest in supporting adult students and dedicated to their success Ability to use and quickly learn various technologies, including Blackboard and CRM systems
