Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Haida Nursing and Rehab

Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with other members of the healthcare team
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, family involvement, and team collaboration
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
