Clinical Pharmacist

Pay: $52.58/hr New Grad | $54.92 to $70.55/hr based on experience Sign-On Bonus: Case by case | Relocation: Case by case Position Overview We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe and effective medication management for hospital patients. Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred, but new graduates and pharmacists with retail experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness. Compound and dispense medications safely. Monitor drug interactions, allergies, dosing, and therapeutic outcomes. Recommend appropriate and cost-effective medication alternatives. Provide clinical pharmacy services including pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation, renal dosing, IV-to-PO conversion, and other clinical programs. Support medication safety initiatives and report medication errors or adverse drug reactions. Assist with pharmacy operations and staff scheduling. Requirements BS Pharmacy or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program. Hospital pharmacy experience preferred, but not required. New graduates and retail pharmacists are welcome to apply.
