What We Offer 40% Associate Discount Free Mental Health (EAP) benefits for you and those who live with you Free Product Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay Key Responsibilities When on the sales floor: drive store sales by personally selling to customers; proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively; help customers find the right bra fit by asking effective questions; convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales When at the cash wrap: deliver a friendly and efficient checkout experience; reinforce buying decisions at checkout and encourage add-on purchases; recover the cash wrap selling zone and organize go-backs When processing and replenishment: process merchandise to floor readiness; maintain back room and stock to brand standards; replenish merchandise to brand standards; assist with other projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and stockouts When performing floorset activity: execute floorsets proficiently; adhere to brand standards; assist with back room and stock maintenance All Associate Responsibilities Drive top-line store sales and grow the business Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures Recover and replenish merchandise Adhere to visual merchandising standards Assist in housekeeping and report maintenance issues Build awareness and skills in loss prevention Support store strategy to reduce shrink Provide a safe working environment Demonstrate Company values and build loyalty through the Rewards Program Role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing Qualifications Authentic desire to exceed the customer’s expectations Proven ability to meet or exceed goals Demonstrates a sense of urgency Healthy, competitive spirit with a team focus Resilient and able to recover quickly from setbacks Seeks opportunities for more responsibility Open to coaching to improve productivity; proactive in learning Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours Salary range : Minimum $14.00, Maximum $16.75 per hour.
