Williston Basin Eyecare Associates is looking for an Associate Optometrist (OD) to join our established, community-focused private practice in Williston, North Dakota.

Our full-time opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. We're also interested in a part-time Associate Optometrist for 2–3 days per week , with a particular need for Monday, Thursday, and Friday coverage .

Practice Full-Scope Optometry

You'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while practicing across a broad range of clinical needs, including:

• Comprehensive eye examinations
• Medical and vision care
• Diagnosis and management of ocular disease
• Dry eye treatment
• Post-operative care
• Foreign body removal and specialty services
• Collaborative patient care with an experienced clinical team

Modern Technology. Strong Clinical Support.

Our clinic is designed to give providers the technology and support they need to focus on patient care.

The practice includes:

• 10 fully equipped exam lanes
• OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)
• OPTOMAP retinal imaging
• Wavefront topography
• Visual field testing
• Automated refraction systems
• Dedicated para-optometric technicians

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time Associates receive a competitive base salary plus production bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
