Empower young learners through effective communication support in a supportive school-based setting near Crosby, MN! As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a key role in helping students realize their academic and personal growth potential. This opportunity is open to both experienced SLP-CCCs and strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) who are passionate about making a difference.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Minnesota, or eligibility for licensure
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within school teams
• SLP-CCC certification or close to completion of a CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
• Knowledge of school-based therapy practices, IEP processes, and thorough documentation procedures
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and family members to optimize support for each student
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and services
• Engage in data-driven decision-making to monitor and adjust therapy as needed
• Offer education and resources to staff and caregivers to foster communication skills at school and home
