About the Role We are seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources activities and provide frontline support to employees and leaders. This role offers strong exposure across all areas of HR and is an excellent developmental opportunity for early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontline Support: Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR inquiries.

• Onboarding & Recruiting: Coordinate orientation, system access, interview scheduling, and pre-employment processes.

• HR Operations: Support lifecycle events (job changes, leaves, terminations) and maintain HRIS data accuracy.

• Admin & Culture: Prepare routine HR reports, document employee relations activities, and support site engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Required: 1+ year of HR or administrative experience; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); US work authorization without sponsorship.

• Preferred: 2+ years of HR experience; background in manufacturing or distribution; familiarity with HRIS.

• Success Criteria: attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent communication, and strict adherence to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR inquiries, directing questions appropriately and escalating issues to the HR Manager as needed
• Support the execution of HR policies, programs, and initiatives, including onboarding, employee data changes, and training coordination
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation scheduling, system access requests, and onboarding checklists
• Assist with recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, requisition tracking, and pre‑employment process support
• Support employee lifecycle events such as job changes, leaves of absence, transfers, and terminations, in partnership with HR Services and the HR Manager
• Prepare routine HR reports, trackers, and documentation to support site‑level reporting and workforce needs
• Support coordination of employee relations activities by documenting information, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials as directed by the HR Manager
• Partner with HR Services and other shared services teams to ensure smooth processing of transactional HR activities
