• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Manage medication administration and vital signs monitoring
• Engage in activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and leisure pursuits
• Document client records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients with care and precision
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Valid Louisiana driver's license (if applicable)
