Prestige Cuts LLC in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is seeking licensed barbers and cosmetologists/hairstylists to join our shop.

We’re looking for reliable, professional, and friendly individuals who take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Provide haircuts, styling, and other services within your training and license.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences.
• Keep your workstation, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Communicate professionally and manage appointments responsibly.

Qualifications:
• Current Iowa barber or cosmetology license appropriate for the services provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A professional attitude and commitment to quality work.

Please include your experience, availability, and photos or a portfolio of your work when applying. Schedule and compensation or booth-rental terms will be discussed during the interview.

Prestige Cuts LLC

For your first two months, you will work on commission, keeping 75% of service revenue while Prestige Cuts retains 25%. After two months, you will transition to booth rental and begin paying weekly rent. The weekly rental rate and terms will be discussed during the interview.
