Winthrop Position Title - ITC Student Worker FWS FA26

Job Purpose - The ITC serves to offer technology assistance and support to students, faculty, and staff in the College of Education. ITC Student Workers help meet this goal by working with individuals in the College of Education to help enhance their technology skills.

Duties and Responsibilities - Check out equipment to faculty, staff, and students following ITC policy and protocols Assist faculty, staff, and students as they learn how to use new technologies Help inventory and update ITC equipment Assist the ITC Director and GAs with special projects as needed

Qualifications - Must be a Winthrop undergraduate or graduate student in good standing (work study students are welcome to apply) Must be reliable Must be willing to learn new things and able to work in a team environment

Preferred Skills - Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite Customer Service experience Technology skills are appreciated but not necessary as many skills are learned on the job

Pay Rate - 7.50-10.00/hour
