Requirements:

Director General - Restaurante

Buscamos un Director General (Indispensable Bilingue Ingles-Espanol) dinámico y experimentado que lidere nuestro equipo de restaurante y garantice el buen funcionamiento de nuestro establecimiento. El candidato ideal será apasionado por ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional, gestionar las operaciones diarias de forma eficiente y impulsar el éxito general del restaurante. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para que un líder motivado contribuya a un ambiente gastronómico vibrante y fomente una cultura de equipo positiva.

Responsabilidades clave:

- Supervisar todas las operaciones del restaurante, incluyendo las actividades tanto en el área de atención como en el área trasera - Garantizar altos estándares de calidad de servicio y satisfacción del cliente

- Gestionar la contratación de personal, la formación y las evaluaciones de desempeño

- Supervisar el rendimiento financiero, incluyendo presupuestación, control de costes y maximización de la rentabilidad

- Mantener el cumplimiento de las normativas de salud, seguridad y saneamiento

- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y el servicio de entrega

Habilidades y Calificaciones:

- Experiencia comprobada en gestión de restaurantes o en un rol de liderazgo similar

- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales

- Sólido entendimiento de la gestión financiera y presupuestaria

- Conocimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad en la industria de servicios alimentarios

- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y manejar múltiples prioridades

- Mentalidad orientada al cliente con pasión por la hospitalidad

- Flexibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario
