Red Leprechaun is a thriving Irish pub where the warmth of tradition meets the buzz of good company. Known for our authentic Irish cuisine, a wide selection of drinks, live music, and lively events. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming host/hostess to join our team and help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine love for hospitality.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You’ll Do
- Greet Guests : Be the first smiling face our customers see as they walk through the door.
- Seat Guests : Manage table assignments and escort guests to their seats while balancing the flow of the pub.
- Manage Reservations : Handle bookings and inquiries via phone, online, or in person.
- Coordinate the Floor : Work closely with servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.
- Handle Waitlists : Keep track of wait times during busy hours and keep guests informed and comfortable.
- Keep It Inviting : Ensure our entryway and dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
