Product Manager

Product Strategy & RoadmapDefine and own the product roadmap for microturbine systems and distributed energy solutions. Lead long-term product strategy for the U.S. market, incorporating customer needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial opportunities. Prioritize engineering change requests and product enhancements.Product Lifecycle ManagementManage day-to-day product lifecycle questions and decisions. Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) release and review processes. Ensure product documentation, manuals, and instructions are updated and compliant with U.S. standards. Support design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement activities.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with electrical, mechanical, controls, and systems engineering teams to guide product development. Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure product readiness and operational alignment. Provide product training for internal and external stakeholders.Market & Customer InsightConduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product strategy and positioning. Translate customer requirements and market opportunities into detailed product specifications. Support pilot deployments, field validation, and customer feedback loops. May support pricing strategy, customer proposals, and technical sales efforts.New Product DevelopmentDefine specific design targets, features, functions, and pricing. Provide fact-based insights and recommendations from market data. Support commercialization and scaling of new technologies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical commercial roles. Experience with power generation, turbomachinery, distributed energy, or industrial equipment. Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems. Proven ability to manage complex hardware-based products through full lifecycle development.
