Strategic Chief of Staff to the CMO

Databricks is seeking a Chief Of Staff to the CMO to provide business leadership and establish operational rigor for the Marketing Organization. You will report to the CMO and act as a strategic advisor, managing all critical business operations of the CMO Office. You will translate strategy into annual plans, oversee AI transformation, drive priority initiatives, and accelerate decision-making across a 250-person marketing team, aligning cross-functional efforts for growth.
