IT Business Analyst

*Desktop Support Technician | Hanahan, SC (Onsite)*
We're seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This role will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, mobile device, and RF scanner issues while supporting Windows systems, Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of desktop support experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a production-focused environment. Experience supporting logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations, along with RF devices, printers, and mobile technology, is highly preferred. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading organization offering long-term growth and exposure to enterprise-level technology environments.
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanahan, SC.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
