Private Events Manager

Park Ridge Country Club is seeking an energetic, service driven Private Event Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual primary point of contact for members and clients looking to host weddings, corporate gatherings, golf outings, and private parties, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests. This role handles the entire event lifecycle, from the initial sales inquiry to the final execution. This individual will work closely with the F&B management team This is a fast-paced role ideal for a proactive and adaptable professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities: Build positive relationships with the membership and professional staff Meet with hosts to discuss and document details of private events Coordinate with Committee Chairs & internal staff on Club event details Manage the master event calendar, draft contracts, and secure deposits for all private functions Maintain organized digital and physical detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Communicate event details clearly to the culinary and service teams in a timely manner to ensure seamless operations Oversee the setup, timing, and hospitality of key functions to guarantee an exceptional guest experience. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in event management Proficiency with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel & Outlook) Fine Dining or Private Club Experience Knowledge of wine, beer & spirits Prior experience managing POS systems Requirements Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule Understanding of event set up and execution Job Benefits Employee Meals provided Team environment Professional development and training­ Health & dental Insurance Please send resume to View email address on click.appcast.io
