DOE/ppMental Health Aide II/pulliMust meet the requirements and demonstrate the competencies to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA)./liliRequired: Bachelors degree in an approved behavioral science field from an accredited college or university or three years of mental health work experience./liliRequired: Certification must be current and in compliance with MHACBO./li/ulpCompensation: Base pay $24.81/hr. to $25.84/hr. DOE/ppExperience:/pulliExperience in a residential mental health setting and providing skills training services is preferred but not required./li/ulpSpecialized Skills and Knowledge:/pulliProficient verbal and written communication skills./liliBasic knowledge of Trauma Informed Care (TIC), Motivational Interviewing, and Evidence-Based Practices./liliBasic understanding of recovery models, illness management, and strength-based philosophies./liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word Excel)./li/ulpOther:/pulliCPR Certification (training provided post-hire)./li/ulpWhat is Per Diem Staffing?/ppPer diem staff work on an as-needed basis to provide coverage when regular staff are unavailable or when program needs increase. This flexible role allows you to contribute meaningfully to client care within your assigned pod./pulliAllowance: Per diem staff receive an additional $2.00 per hour on top of base pay, in lieu of benefits./liliRequirement: Per diem staff must work a minimum of 12 shifts per quarter./liliShift Structures: Per diem staff may be scheduled for any of the following shifts:/liulliDay shift: 7:00 am 3:30 pm/liliSwing shift: 3:00 pm 11:30 pm/liliOvernight shift: 11:00 pm 7:30 am/liliNote: There may be small variations in shift times depending on the site./li/ul/ulpWhere Youll Be Working/ppCascadias residential services are organized into six distinct pods, each comprised of multiple programs:/pulliSecure Residential/liliPsychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB) may require driving depending on site assignment/liliSupportive Housing/liliMultnomah County Licensed Residential/liliClackamas County Licensed Residential/liliRespite/li/ulpApplication Process: After submitting your application, you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire.
