Assistant Golf Course Maintenance Superintendent Village of Oak Brook – Sports Core Department The Village of Oak Brook is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Course Maintenance Superintendent to join the Oak Brook Golf Club team. This position reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and plays a key role in staff management, daily course maintenance, facility preparation, and seasonal project oversight. Salary Range: $67,873.51 – $92,046.77 annually Key Responsibilities: Manage, oversee, train, and schedule seasonal employees. Maintain and repair the irrigation system. Oversee daily course set-up and scheduling. Administer pesticide and fertilizer applications; maintain required certifications and licenses。 Serve as a positive role model and assist with grounds and facility needs. Manage small seasonal projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in turfgrass management (Bachelor’s preferred) or 10 years experience. Ability to obtain an Illinois Pesticide Applicators License. Strong work ethic and ability to lead in a team environment. Ability to work extended evenings and weekends.
