Eastside Auto Licensing is a long-standing part of the Lee Johnson Auto Family. Lee himself took licensing out of the courthouse; Eastside Auto Licensing was the first facility of its kind. Though the years have changed the location and the technology the values have stayed the same, to provide our community with an easy way to handle their licensing needs. We are looking to add a certified title clerk or someone with clerical experience willing to learn titling to help accommodate the traffic through those doors!

Responsibilities:

• Support coworkers with dealership accounts
• Receive, verify, and process vehicle/vessel title transactions
• Issue and reconcile accountable inventory collecting appropriate fees
• Serve as customer service representative through front counter, mail, and phone assistance
• Organize incoming and outgoing mail
• Prepare sensitive documents for state records

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of work experience working in an office.
• Titling certifications or qualifications preferred.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organization, time management, and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
