The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume operation in Clarksville, TN. Our ideal candidate is an inspiring leader who leads by example, motivates their team, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.

As Restaurant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, team development, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead and develop a talented team while maintaining high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and operational excellence. You will also play a key role in achieving financial goals and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and successfully.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Create a positive environment focused on teamwork, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Maintain consistent standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Lead by example and hold team members accountable for achieving established goals.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members while building a strong internal talent pipeline.
• Prepare monthly reports for the corporate office.
• Manage financial procedures, including P&L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and other key financial metrics to drive profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Build strong relationships with guests, employees, and the local community.
• Take ownership of the restaurant’s overall success and create an environment where both guests and team members want to return.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of high-volume Restaurant Management experience required.
• A proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a successful restaurant team.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience achieving solid financial results.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• A strong commitment to trust, honesty, and integrity.
• An energetic, hands-on leadership style and the ability to inspire others.
• A true desire to mentor, coach, and help team members grow.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
