Taldeco is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for an opening in Troy, MI. This is a working, hands on supervisor role. Candidates must be fine with working mainly on the warehouse floor and less time in an office setting.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the warehouse team
Schedule and assign employees to various tasks, and ensure everyone stays on task
Motivate and help employees achieve goals
Operate forklifts to move material around the shop
Load and unload material
Properly log and keep track of inventory
Pull/pack orders, build racks and keep the warehouse orderly
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience as a supervisor
- Must have previous expereince in a warehouse position
- Must have reliable trasnportation
- Candidates must be fine with working primarily on the warehouse floor
You should be proficient in:
- Supervisory Experience
- Shipping/Receiving
- Warehouse Experience
- Material Handler Experience
- Hi-Lo
