Operations Support Specialist (Santa Clara, CA)

Responsibilities Ensure compliance with purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, IT, and overall administrative requirements. Handle Human Resources administration and employee relations programs. Manage records and information. Perform accounting and/or financial analysis. Monitor credit and collections activities. Convert quotes to work orders on a daily basis. Review and approve vendor invoices. Provide HR administrative assistance to management teams. Encourage and improve cross‑department internal communication. Perform general office tasks (replenish supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.). Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes. Previous experience in administrative services or related fields. Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks. Strong leadership qualities. Bi‑lingual English/Spanish (preferred). Travel Requirements Local travel, less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are needed, as the position involves lifting up to 50 pounds depending on specific duties.
