Training & Development Supervisor

As the Training & Development Supervisor, you'll design, deliver, and optimize training programs that elevate employee performance, strengthen technical skill sets, and support operational excellence across the company. In this role, you'll collaborate with leaders, subject‑matter experts, and cross‑functional teams to ensure every employee has the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed. • Administration, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement
• Cross‑Functional Support & Organizational Engagement

Requirements

• 3–5 years of instructional content development experience, including program or curriculum design.
• 3–5 years of program management experience in an industrial or equipment‑based environment.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office, presentation software, graphics tools, and virtual training platforms; LMS experience a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and teach rapidly evolving technologies.
• Understanding of EST products, equipment, and basic mechanical/electrical systems (preferred).
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; self‑driven with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and maintain an excellent driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required military base passes.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to complete complex work requiring sustained mental and visual focus.
• Prolonged sitting, standing, and computer use.
• Ability to maneuver around moving equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
• Comfortable working outdoors in variable conditions.
• Occasional exposure to hazardous materials or equipment.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 20 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel via commercial aircraft.
