Placement Specialist

Building partnerships with clinical placement sites, the full-time Placement Specialist will manage relationships to secure hands-on learning opportunities for students while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities: Develop partnerships with hospitals and clinics for student clinical rotations and present these sites for approval Identify and negotiate placement agreements with healthcare agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Maintain relationships with existing partners to facilitate successful clinical experiences for students Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or higher) required; relevant experience in healthcare or placement considered 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare Solid knowledge of the healthcare field, with experience working directly with providers Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a team Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to develop relationships both in person and via phone
