The Memphis office is seeking an experienced Attorney with an LL.M. in tax to join its growing Trusts and Estates/Family Office/Tax practice. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of estate planning experience, with a strong focus on building client relationships and taking on a leadership role in the future. Responsibilities will include significant client contact, contributing to the growth of the practice, and providing expert estate planning services. A strong academic background, excellent writing and analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential. Compensation Competitive base salary and bonus structure (details to be discussed during the interview process). Benefits Standard benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and additional perks (details to be discussed). Candidate Parameters At least 5 years of estate planning experience.
