Senior Endpoint Management Administrator

To support a dynamic edtech organization, the full-time Senior Endpoint Management Administrator will manage and provide escalated support for the company's end-user Mac, Windows, iPad, and iPhone fleets, utilizing JAMF and Microsoft Intune while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary owner of macOS management through JAMF Pro, including enrollment and configuration Package, deploy, update, and monitor applications using Intune and JAMF, ensuring timely patching and compliance Act as the senior escalation point for complex endpoint issues and collaborate with IT and InfoSec teams to enhance fleet reliability Required qualifications 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience with JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft Intune Advanced proficiency in managing macOS, Windows, iOS, and iPadOS at scale Strong background in software deployment and application lifecycle management Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Slack, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security tools Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to act as a subject matter expert
